How to Get to Šušanj

Šušanj (near Bar) is well connected by air via Tivat or Podgorica and by rail/bus along the coastal corridor. The Bar-Podgorica train is a scenic, affordable option if you prefer rail travel.

By Air

Tivat Airport (TIV): Tivat is the closest international airport for the Budva-Bar area; from TIV to Šušanj (near Bar) the drive is about 30-45 minutes. Taxis cost roughly EUR 30-50 depending on exact destination and season.
Podgorica Airport (TGD): Podgorica is also used for access to Bar; the drive to Šušanj takes about 1-1.25 hours by car or taxi. Domestic bus and train links connect Podgorica and Bar.

By Train & Bus

Train (Bar ↔ Podgorica): The scenic Bar-Podgorica railway links Bar (Bar station) with Podgorica and inland; journey time is about 1.5-2 hours and fares are modest (typically a few euros). Bar railway station is the closest rail access for Šušanj.
