How to Get to Mascalucia#
Mascalucia lies on the slopes north of Catania and is easiest reached via Catania-Fontanarossa Airport. Use Catania Centrale as the rail hub and complete the trip to Mascalucia by local bus or taxi.
Catania-Fontanarossa Airport (CTA): Catania (Fontanarossa) is the nearest airport for Mascalucia-about 15-25 minutes by road depending on traffic. From CTA you can take a taxi directly to Mascalucia (~€20-€30) or use the Alibus to Catania Centrale (€4) and then a local bus.
