From Dumaguete you travel by road to the Dumaguete ferry terminal (around 20-30 minutes) then take a ferry to Larena on Siquijor - total travel time typically 2-3 hours including transfer and ferry.
Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB): Some travellers arrive via Cebu and take an overland/ferry route through Bohol or Dumaguete-this adds travel time and connections but is an alternative depending on schedules.
Train: There is no inter-island passenger rail in the central Philippines.
