From Tuguegarao (the regional hub), take the national highway north toward Baggao; the park is roughly a 30-45 minute drive from Tuguegarao city center. Local jeepneys and tricycles run from Baggao town proper up the slopes but confirm schedules in advance. Driving from Tuguegarao: take the Cagayan-Isabela Road and follow signs to Baggao; park entry and small access roads lead to the park’s main swimming area.
