How to Get to Aglandjia
Aglandjia is a residential suburb of Nicosia reached chiefly via Larnaca Airport (LCA) by bus or taxi. With no rail network on the island, onward travel is by road-intercity buses, taxis or rental cars.
Larnaca International Airport (LCA): The most convenient international gateway for Aglandjia / Nicosia. From LCA take an intercity bus to Nicosia (approx. 40-50 minutes, fare ~€1.50-3) or a taxi (approx. €25-45, 25-40 min).
Paphos International Airport (PFO): Further away (roughly 1.25-1.75 hours drive); use PFO only if it suits flight schedules-taxis and car hire are the usual onward options.
Train: Cyprus has no operating passenger rail network; trains are not an option.
Bus: Intercity buses run from Larnaca and Paphos to Nicosia central terminal; from there local buses or short taxi rides serve Aglandjia. Buses are inexpensive and take roughly 40-60 minutes from the main airports depending on route.
