Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, San Juan (SJU): SJU is the main international airport for Puerto Rico and the primary gateway to Yabucoa. From SJU you can drive to Yabucoa in about 1-1.5 hours (depending on traffic) - car rental or taxi are the most practical options; a taxi or private transfer can cost roughly $80-$130 for the trip.

Antonio Rivera Rodríguez Airport, Vieques (VQS) / Adjacent airfields: These smaller airports are not practical for reaching Yabucoa directly; most travellers use SJU and ground transport for the southeastern coast.
