Talibon in northern Bohol is reached by air to Tagbilaran (Panglao) or by ferry from Cebu followed by road travel. On-island buses and vans connect Talibon with Tagbilaran and other towns; a hired vehicle is often the most convenient for tourists.
Tagbilaran / Bohol-Panglao International Airport (TAG): The main airport serving Bohol island; from Tagbilaran/Panglao to Talibon (northern Bohol) the journey by road is typically around 2-3 hours depending on traffic and route. Options include taxi, private transfer or rented vehicle.
Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB): Cebu is a common entry point with frequent flights. From Cebu, travellers can take a ferry to Bohol (Tagbilaran/Radius) or fly to Tagbilaran; total travel time to Talibon including ferry/drive typically exceeds 3 hours. Ferries connect Cebu City to Tagbilaran; then onward road travel to Talibon.
Train: The Philippines has no island-to-island intercity rail service; trains are not a direct option for Talibon.
