Ofakim is a Negev town best reached via Beersheba by bus or road from Ben Gurion Airport. Regional buses and taxis handle most local travel; train travel requires a transfer at Beersheba.

By Air

Ben Gurion Airport (TLV): Ben Gurion is the main international gateway for reaching Ofakim and the Negev. From Ben Gurion you can travel by car or bus to Beersheba and then by regional bus or taxi to Ofakim; total journey time is typically 1-1.5 hours to Beersheba plus an onward short transfer.

Ovda / Ramon airports: For some southern arrivals, Ovda or Ramon airports (near Eilat) exist but they are much farther away and not commonly used for travel to Ofakim.
