How to Get to Misere
Misere (on Mahé) is approached via Seychelles International Airport with onward connections from Victoria. Taxis, buses and rental cars provide the primary local transport options.
Seychelles International Airport (SEZ): The island’s international airport on Mahé, serving Misere and other Grand’Anse areas. Taxi transfer to central Mahé towns usually takes 20-40 minutes; expect around 250-350 SCR (≈US$18-25) for a direct taxi to Victoria-area drop-offs. Shared transfers provide cheaper alternatives with longer travel times.
(No other international airports on Mahé): Use ferries or domestic flights for access to other islands.
Train: No passenger rail exists in Seychelles.
