Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU): The main international airport serving the San Juan metropolitan area; Gurabo is about 25-35 km southeast of San Juan (roughly 25-40 minutes by car depending on traffic). From SJU you can rent a car, take a taxi or arrange an Uber to Gurabo.

Mercedita Airport, Ponce (PSE): Further south and an option for some domestic or regional flights, but generally less convenient for Gurabo than SJU.
