Bali Bird Park

Bali Bird Park is a commercial aviary and conservation-oriented park in Gianyar Regency on the island of Bali, Indonesia. The park displays a broad collection of Indonesian and international bird species across landscaped, walk-through aviaries and themed enclosures.

Exhibits include large free-flight aviaries, an Indonesian rainforest section and daily bird demonstrations in an open arena; the site hosts more than 1,000 individual birds from around 250 species. The park operates captive-breeding and conservation programs and offers close-up encounters, feeding sessions and educational displays.

The park opened in the 1990s and has since been promoted as both a tourist attraction and a regional breeding facility. Its collection emphasizes Indonesian endemics alongside parrots, hornbills and other popular species.

Bali Bird Park is located in Batubulan, Gianyar Regency, inland from Bali’s southern beach resorts and within about 20 km of Denpasar; it is commonly visited from Ubud, southern Bali resorts and the island’s main airport.
