How to Get to Ao Kantiang#
Ao Kantiang (Kantiang Bay) is on the southern coast of Ko Lanta (Krabi province). The usual route is to reach the Krabi/Trang region by air (Krabi Airport, KBV) or road, drive to the Koh Lanta ferry/boat transfer points on the mainland and take the ferry to Saladan (Koh Lanta’s main pier). From Saladan it is a road journey of roughly 20-30 km south to Kantiang Bay, about 25-40 minutes by car or motorbike taxi depending on traffic and where you land on the island; local taxis or motorbike rentals are the common last‑mile options.
