How to Get to Vouvry
Vouvry in Valais is best reached via Swiss rail connections from Geneva or via the regional Sion airport. The SBB network plus PostBus local services provide smooth onward connections to the village.
Geneva Airport (GVA): Geneva is the main international gateway for Vouvry. From Genève-Cornavin take an SBB train to Aigle or Martigny (around 1h15-1h40), then transfer to a regional train or PostBus to Vouvry; total travel time is about 1.5-2 hours depending on connections.
Sion Airport (SIR): Sion is a nearer regional airport with seasonal services; from Sion you reach Vouvry by train and bus in roughly 30-60 minutes depending on connections.
Train: Vouvry is served by regional SBB/Swiss regional rail and is accessed via the Aigle-Martigny corridor; trains are frequent and reliable with clear connections at Aigle or Martigny.
