Kenneth Kaunda International / Lusaka Airport (LUN): Lusaka is the main international gateway for Zambia. From Lusaka you can reach Siavonga by road-private transfers, shuttle services and buses run the route. Road travel time is around 2.5-4 hours depending on route and traffic; shuttle or taxi fares from Lusaka to Siavonga typically range from ZMW 200-700 depending on vehicle and level of service.
Livingstone - Harry Mwanga Nkumbula Airport (LVI): Livingstone is a regional alternative for visitors planning to combine Siavonga with other southern Zambian sights; road travel from Livingstone to Siavonga is longer (several hours) and less direct than from Lusaka.
Train: Zambia’s passenger rail network does not provide practical direct services to Siavonga for most travellers; rail is not the usual option.
