How to Get to Monze

Monze is a market town in Zambia's Southern Province best reached by road from Lusaka (Kenneth Kaunda International). There are no regular commercial flights directly to Monze, so minibuses and coaches are the normal choice for arrival.

By Air

Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN), Lusaka: Lusaka is the main international airport serving travellers bound for Monze. Road transfers from Lusaka to Monze take about 1.5-3 hours depending on traffic; minibuses and intercity coaches operate the route. Expect coach fares and minibus prices in the low tens to low hundreds of ZMW depending on vehicle and service.

Livingstone (LVI) / Ndola (NLA): These are alternative regional gateways but are further away; most visitors fly into Lusaka and continue by road to Monze rather than use other airports.

By Train & Bus
