Phu Ruea National Park

Phu Ruea National Park is a protected area in northeastern Thailand noted for its mountain scenery and cooler highland climate. The park centers on Phu Ruea, a prominent peak rising to roughly 1,365 metres above sea level.

Key attractions are the summit viewpoints that offer broad panoramas across surrounding ridges and valleys, upland forests, and seasonal flora typical of montane environments. The park’s cooler temperatures and misty mornings are a contrast to lower-elevation landscapes in the region.
