The Luang Prabang Range is a mountain chain in northern Laos that extends toward the Thai border and forms an important regional watershed. The range contains forested slopes and upland valleys that are home to a variety of forest types and rural communities practicing shifting cultivation and upland agriculture.

Peaks in the range commonly exceed 1,000 meters in elevation and the terrain influences the courses of rivers flowing toward the Mekong. The range spans parts of several Lao provinces and forms an important ecological and hydrological feature of northern Laos.

The range runs through provinces including Sainyabuli and Luang Prabang and continues across the border into northeastern Thailand in places, shaping local climate and river catchments.
