Lake Tondano is a freshwater lake in North Sulawesi, Indonesia, located in the Minahasa region near the town of Tondano. It is the largest lake in North Sulawesi.

The lake is fringed by villages and agricultural land and is valued locally for fishing and as a scenic inland waterbody. Views of surrounding highlands and volcanic terrain are common from the shoreline.

The lake occupies a tectonic and volcanic landscape typical of northern Sulawesi and has long supported local fishing communities and smallholder agriculture. It has been an important freshwater resource for the Minahasa area.
