Ko Raya Noi

Ko Raya Noi (Raya Noi) is the smaller Racha island located to the south of Phuket in the Andaman Sea. The island is a low-lying, reef-fringed destination noted for clear water and snorkeling close to its beaches.

Day-trip services and speedboats from Phuket’s Chalong Pier and other nearby harbors provide the main access, and visitors come for swimming, snorkeling, and short beach stays rather than extensive resort infrastructure. The island has limited development compared with its larger neighbour, Racha Yai.

Historically the island remained sparsely developed; tourism activity has been centered on day trips and small-scale accommodation rather than large hotels. Marine conditions and nearby reefs make it a common spot for snorkel and dive outings.

Ko Raya Noi sits southwest of Phuket in the Andaman Sea and is approached by boat from Phuket’s east-coast piers.
