The Democracy Monument is a public monument located on Ratchadamnoen Avenue in central Bangkok, Thailand, erected in 1939 to commemorate the 1932 transition of Thailand (then Siam) to a constitutional monarchy. It is one of the city’s most recognizable civic landmarks.

The composition consists of four wing-like structures arranged around a central pedestal that holds a symbolic copy of the 1932 constitution. The monument was commissioned by the government of the time and has since been a prominent site for political events and public ceremonies.

The monument sits in the historic Rattanakosin district, between Sanam Luang and the city center, and is easily reached from nearby tram and road routes.
