There is no direct airport bus to Charentsavan - travel by taxi or via Yerevan then onward by minibus.
Shirak International Airport (LWN): Located near Gyumri, much farther (≈120-140 km). A taxi from Shirak to Charentsavan is long and expensive (several tens of thousands AMD); this airport is only practical if you plan a multi-stop route through northern Armenia.
Train: Charentsavan does not have frequent long-distance rail services; the main rail hub for the region is Yerevan Railway Station (Yerevan). Trains between Yerevan and northern Armenian towns are limited; if travelling by rail, go via Yerevan and then use buses/marshrutkas north.

Expect a journey time of about 50-75 minutes from Yerevan and fares in the range of ~500-1,000 AMD depending on vehicle and departure point. Local taxis from Yerevan to Charentsavan are quicker but cost more.
