How to Get to Artashat, Armenia

Artashat (Artashat) is a short drive southeast of Yerevan and is normally reached by marshrutka or private car from the capital after flying into Zvartnots (EVN). Public minibuses are frequent and cheap.

By Air

Zvartnots International Airport - Yerevan (EVN): Artashat is reached overland from Yerevan after arriving at Zvartnots. Taxis from EVN to central Yerevan cost roughly 3,000-5,000 AMD (30-45 minutes); from Yerevan you can take marshrutkas or buses to Artashat.

Other airports: There are no closer international airports; Yerevan is the standard arrival point for Artashat visitors.

By Train & Bus

Train: Armenia’s rail network is limited and does not offer practical passenger routes to Artashat.
