Expect Mexico City → Yautepec/Cuautla intercity bus fares around 100-250 MXN, then a colectivo or local taxi to Tlayacapan for roughly 20-60 MXN.
General Mariano Matamoros Airport, Cuernavaca (CVJ): A smaller airport closer to Morelos. From Cuernavaca you can take a taxi or collectivo toward Yautepec/Cuautla and then a short local colectivo to Tlayacapan; travel time is roughly 40-80 minutes by road depending on traffic. Taxi fares from Cuernavaca to Tlayacapan are commonly higher than colectivos (several hundred MXN).
