Than Bok Khorani National Park is a protected area in Krabi province, southern Thailand, that conserves lowland rainforest, limestone karst and freshwater systems. The park is noted for its karst hills, forested valleys and accessible natural pools.
The park’s waterfalls and tiered pools are the principal attractions, with short trails and picnic areas allowing day visitors to swim and explore the forest. The landscape combines karst outcrops with dense lowland vegetation and is popular for short hikes and nature observation.
The protected area was established to preserve the karst and forest ecosystems and to provide recreational opportunities close to the Andaman coastal zone. The park lies inland in Krabi province’s Ao Luek district, reachable by road from Krabi town and other coastal communities.

How to Get to Than Bok Khorani National Park #
Than Bok Khorani National Park (Krabi province) is reached by road from Krabi town: drive east on Highway 4 (Phetkasem Road) toward Ao Luek/Ao Nang and follow local roads/signs to the park - the drive is roughly 25-35 km from Krabi town (about 30-45 minutes by car depending on traffic). There is no train service; local minivans or buses from Krabi bus terminal toward Ao Luek will get you to the general area where you can take a short taxi or motorbike ride (a few hundred metres to a couple of kilometres) to the park entrance.

Visit between November and April when weather and sea conditions are most favourable for exploring the park.
