  • Bicycle / e-scooter (€6-€15 per day) - Short hops within Swieqi and the neighbouring promenade areas can be done by bike or e-scooter, though roads are shared with cars and can be busy. Stick to quieter side streets where possible.
  • Ferry (for cross-harbour trips) (€1.50-€2.50) - Ferries between Valletta and Sliema are useful if you want to combine a harbour visit with time in the St Julian’s area; they are fast and inexpensive. Not a direct link to Swieqi but handy for short sightseeing trips.
