By Air

Sukhothai Airport (THS): Sukhothai has a small regional airport (THS) with scheduled flights from Bangkok (Don Mueang at times) and other regional points seasonally. From THS airport a shuttle van or taxi to Sukhothai Thani town takes about 15-25 minutes; shuttle fares are typically in the 100-200 THB range depending on service.

Phitsanulok Airport (PHS): A larger nearby airport with more frequent flights from Bangkok (DMK). From Phitsanulok to Sukhothai Thani the bus or minivan takes roughly 1-1.5 hours; fares are commonly 100-200 THB depending on operator.

By Train & Bus

Train: The closest main railway station is Phitsanulok (Phitsanulok Railway Station) on the State Railway of Thailand network. From Phitsanulok station you can take a bus or minivan to Sukhothai Thani (about 1-1.5 hours).
