About Stone Carving Village of Choob#
Choob is a village that produces some outstanding stone carvings, many of which end up in the new four- and five-star hotels being built in Siem Reap.
Many of the village’s artisans work at their craft and display their wares along National Highway 6 between Poipet and Siem Reap. Choob is one of the best places to buy small sandstone carvings, which are often sold in tourist markets for more than double the price you will pay here.
