How to Get to Qerret
Qerret (Shkodër County) is a small settlement near the city of Shkodër in northern Albania. The usual approach is by road from Tirana or Shkodër; regional buses and taxis provide the connections to Qerret.
Tirana International Airport (TIA): Tirana is the main international gateway for northern Albania. From Tirana take a bus or drive northwest toward Shkodër, then a local connection to Qerret.
Podgorica (TGD) / Tivat (TIV) (Montenegro): For some routes travellers use Montenegrin airports and cross the border by road into northern Albania; check border crossing rules and timings.
Train: Albania’s rail network is very limited and not a practical option for reaching Qerret.
Bus: The primary public option is bus (or minibus) from Tirana to Shkodër (about 2-2.5 hr), then a local bus or taxi to Qerret. Buses on the Tirana-Shkodër corridor are frequent and inexpensive.
