How to Get to Praslin
Praslin is a community in Micoud District, Saint Lucia. Most visitors arrive via Hewanorra (UVF) or George F. L. Charles (SLU) and continue by road; shared minibuses, taxis and rental cars are the usual onward options.
Hewanorra International Airport (UVF): Located near Vieux Fort in southern Saint Lucia, UVF handles most international flights for the island. To reach Praslin (Micoud District) expect a road transfer of roughly 45-70 minutes by car or taxi; rental cars and private transfers are available at the airport.
George F. L. Charles Airport (SLU): SLU (Castries) handles short regional flights; transfers from SLU to Micoud/Praslin will be longer (often 60-90 minutes) by road depending on traffic and route. Ground transport options include taxis and rental cars.
