Soufrière is reached by road from either of Saint Lucia's airports - longer transfers from SLU or UVF by shuttle, taxi or minibus. The mountain and coastal roads are scenic but can be winding, so allow extra travel time.

By Air

Hewanorra International Airport (UVF): The closest international airport to Soufrière is UVF - expect a road transfer of roughly 75-90 minutes by taxi or shuttle. Shuttle buses cost about EC$25-40 and private taxis EC$120-180 depending on stops (drive time approx. 1.5-2 hours).

George F. L. Charles Airport (SLU): SLU is nearer to Castries; transfers to Soufrière take about 1.5-2 hours by road and are typically done by minibus or taxi (minibus EC$8-12, taxi EC$80-140 depending on negotiation).

By Train & Bus

Train: There is no rail service on the island.
