Pons Cestius is an ancient Roman bridge carrying a road across the Tiber in Rome, connecting Tiber Island to the right bank. The structure visible today incorporates masonry from the Roman period alongside later repairs.

The crossing is short - it spans the Tiber at the island, forming one of the two principal island connections in central Rome. Views of the bridge are commonly taken from the river embankments or from the island itself.

The original bridge dates to antiquity and has been rebuilt and repaired repeatedly over centuries to adapt to changing river works and traffic. Elements of Roman masonry survive amid later modifications.

The bridge sits at the downstream end of Tiber Island in central Rome, close to the Forum Boarium and the historical center. It is within walking distance of many central city landmarks.
