Eloy Alfaro International, Manta (MEC): Manta is the closest major airport to Pedernales and handles many domestic and some international flights. From Manta the journey to Pedernales is by road and can take several hours depending on route and conditions.

Guayaquil (GYE): Guayaquil is a larger international gateway; from there you can continue by bus or car along the coast to reach Pedernales-expect a longer road journey but more frequent transport options.
