Mangole Island is one of the islands in the Sula Islands group in North Maluku province, Indonesia. It is part of the Indonesian archipelago east of Sulawesi and north of Seram.

The island is a rural and relatively remote component of the Sula group, with small settlements and local livelihoods based on fishing and subsistence agriculture. It does not have major tourist infrastructure.
