How to Get to Liberia, Costa Rica
Liberia city is best accessed via Daniel Oduber Quirós Airport (LIR) for the shortest transfers. Public buses serve the region for budget travel; taxis and private transfers are simple for direct drop‑offs in town or to hotels.
Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR): The airport serves Liberia city and is the most convenient arrival point. LIR is only about 10-20 minutes from downtown Liberia by taxi; fares are roughly USD 10-20 depending on destination and luggage.
