La Quebrada is a famous cliff-diving site on the Pacific coast of Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico, where professional divers perform timed jumps into a narrow sea inlet from cliffs about 35 metres high.

Spectators watch from terraces and restaurants above the cove as divers launch from cliff ledges and aim for the small opening of water below, relying on precise timing with the incoming waves. Shows are staged daily, and the site is especially well known for evening performances with torch-lit dives.

Cliff diving at La Quebrada developed as a tourist spectacle during the 20th century and grew into one of Acapulco’s signature attractions, performed by trained local divers who follow strict local techniques and timing.

Situated on the coastal cliffs of Acapulco Bay in the state of Guerrero, La Quebrada is accessed from the city and is visible from public viewing platforms and nearby hotels and restaurants.
