Eldoret International Airport (EDL): Eldoret is the nearest larger international airport; from Eldoret the road journey to Kitale takes about 1-1.5 hours by car depending on traffic. Taxis and private transfers operate between Eldoret and Kitale.
Kitale Airport (local): Kitale has a small local airstrip used for light aircraft and charter flights; scheduled commercial flights are rare. Check current charters if you require a direct flight into Kitale.
Train: There is no direct national rail service into Kitale; the town is primarily served by road transport.
