How to Get to Fredensborg Palace #
Fredensborg Palace is north of Copenhagen near the town of Fredensborg. By car it’s about 35-45 km north of central Copenhagen (roughly a 35-45 minute drive); from Copenhagen follow the E47/E55 toward Helsingør and then local roads into Fredensborg.
By rail, take a regional/local train to Fredensborg station and then walk about 10-15 minutes (up to ~1 km) from the station through town to the palace and its gardens.
