How to Get to Eunos

Eunos is an eastern Singapore residential and low-rise commercial neighbourhood well served by the MRT. Most visitors arrive via Changi Airport and then move around by MRT and local buses; the East-West Line is the backbone for getting in and out of the area.

By Air

Changi Airport (SIN): Changi is Singapore’s international gateway. To reach Eunos, take the MRT from Changi (CG2) to Tanah Merah and transfer onto the East-West Line (green) eastbound; alight at Eunos (EW7). Total travel time is about 30-40 minutes and the fare is roughly SGD 2.00-2.50 one-way with an EZ-Link or contactless card.

Taxis are widely available from the terminal: a metered ride to Eunos takes ~20-30 minutes and typically costs around SGD 20-35 depending on time-of-day surcharges.

By Train & Bus

Train: Eunos MRT station (EW7) is on the East-West Line. It’s the fastest way to the city from Eunos-trips to central hubs like Raffles Place or City Hall take roughly 18-25 minutes; typical single-trip fares within the city range from about SGD 0.92 to SGD 2.20.

Bus: Multiple SBS Transit/SMRT routes serve Geylang and Eunos (local stops along Sims Avenue and Geylang Road). Buses are cheaper but slower than the MRT; expect fares around SGD 0.90-2.50 and trip times that can be 10-20 minutes longer than the equivalent MRT journey depending on traffic.
