How to Get to Cendajuru#

Melchior Ndadaye International Airport, Bujumbura (BJM): Bujumbura is the main international airport for Burundi. From Bujumbura to Cendajuru (Cankuzo Province) you must continue by road; the trip can take 6-10 hours depending on road conditions. Gitega / Small regional airfields: There are no reliable regular commercial flights to Cankuzo Province; air travel will still require a major road transfer from Bujumbura or Kigali (Rwanda).
