Calapan on Oriental Mindoro is reached most commonly by bus to Batangas and a subsequent ferry/RORO to Calapan Port. There's no regular commercial airport in Calapan, so expect a combined land-and-sea trip from Manila.

By Air

Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL): Calapan has no major commercial airport; most visitors fly into Manila and then travel by road and ferry. From Manila, bus and RORO ferry services depart from Batangas port to Calapan; total travel time depends on road traffic and ferry schedules and typically takes 3.5-5 hours.

Local airfields: Calapan itself does not have a regular commercial airport service for scheduled domestic flights. Travelers relying on air travel generally fly to Manila and continue by road+sea.

By Train & Bus
