Cagraray is an island in the Bicol Region of the Philippines, off the coast of Albay province. The island combines beach frontage and forested terrain and is used for both local fishing and tourism.
The island’s best-known facility is the private Misibis Bay Resort, which occupies part of the shoreline and provides accommodation, water sports and resort amenities. Elsewhere on the island there are beaches and smaller coastal settlements.
Historically the island has been a local fishing and agricultural community; in recent decades tourism development has added resort infrastructure while the rest of the island remains sparsely developed.
Cagraray lies off the southeastern coast of Luzon within Albay province and is reached by boat from nearby coastal towns.
