Don Mueang Airport (DMK): Low-cost carriers fly here; road transfer times to Kanchanaburi are similar to Suvarnabhumi (roughly 2.5-4 hours) depending on route and traffic. From Kanchanaburi town you can take local buses or songthaews to Bo Phloi district (short further journey).
