Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK): Bangkok’s main international gateway. From Suvarnabhumi you can reach Kanchanaburi by bus or private transfer-expect 2.5-3.5 hours by road depending on traffic; private transfer prices commonly start around 1,500-2,500 THB, while bus plus local transport across Bangkok is cheaper but longer.

Don Mueang Airport (DMK): Low-cost carriers fly here; road transfer times to Kanchanaburi are similar to Suvarnabhumi (roughly 2.5-4 hours) depending on route and traffic. From Kanchanaburi town you can take local buses or songthaews to Bo Phloi district (short further journey).

By Train & Bus
