How to Get to Ugoofaaru#
Ugoofaaru in Raa Atoll is reached by flying into Malé and catching a domestic connection to Ifuru (or by boat services from Malé during scheduled ferry runs). There are no rail services; island transfers are by speedboat, ferry or short road/taxi rides.
Ifuru Airport (IFU) / Maafaru / Velana connections: Ugoofaaru (Raa Atoll) is served by domestic air links from Velana International (MLE). Ifuru Airport (IFU) is the main local airstrip for Raa Atoll and is reached by domestic flights from Malé; flight time is roughly 25-40 minutes.
