How to Get to Trakai Peninsula Castle
Trakai is about 30 km west of Vilnius. Regular marshrutka minibus and bus services run from Vilnius bus station to Trakai (journey ~30-40 minutes). From Trakai town center the peninsula castle is a short walk or bicycle ride. Boats to the island castle depart from the lakeside near the town.
