A large public aquarium in Toba, Mie Prefecture, specialising in regional marine life and broader aquatic biodiversity. It is noted for the breadth of species on display and dedicated exhibition zones such as extensive jellyfish displays.

The closest rail access is Toba Station (served by JR and Kintetsu lines); the aquarium is along the coast about 1-2 km from the station - roughly a 15-25 minute walk or a short taxi/bus ride from the station. Local buses and taxis run between Toba Station and the aquarium.

By car Toba is on the Ise‑Shima peninsula; from Nagoya expect around a 2‑hour drive depending on route and traffic, with parking available at the aquarium.
