Toba Aquarium is on the Toba waterfront in Mie Prefecture. The closest rail access is Toba Station (served by JR and Kintetsu lines); the aquarium is along the coast about 1-2 km from the station - roughly a 15-25 minute walk or a short taxi/bus ride from the station. Local buses and taxis run between Toba Station and the aquarium.
By car Toba is on the Ise‑Shima peninsula; from Nagoya expect around a 2‑hour drive depending on route and traffic, with parking available at the aquarium.
