How to Get to Tân An
Tân An (Long An province) is best reached from Ho Chi Minh City - Tan Son Nhat International Airport and Sài Gòn Railway Station are the main gateways. From either hub you can continue by train, intercity bus or taxi/Grab to reach the town in about 1.5-2.5 hours.
Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN): Tan Son Nhat in Ho Chi Minh City is the nearest major airport (about 50-60 km). Can Tho International Airport (VCA): Can Tho is farther southwest and has limited domestic services. Train: The North-South (Reunification) railway serves Tân An via Tân An Railway Station (Ga Tân An).
