Tân An (Long An province) is best reached from Ho Chi Minh City - Tan Son Nhat International Airport and Sài Gòn Railway Station are the main gateways. From either hub you can continue by train, intercity bus or taxi/Grab to reach the town in about 1.5-2.5 hours.

By Air

Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN): Tan Son Nhat in Ho Chi Minh City is the nearest major airport (about 50-60 km). From SGN you can take a taxi/Grab direct to Tân An (typical fare VND 350,000-650,000; journey time 1-2 hours depending on traffic), or take a public bus to Mien Tay (Western) Bus Station then a regional shuttle to Tân An (combined cost often VND 60,000-150,000; 1.5-2.5 hours total).

Can Tho International Airport (VCA): Can Tho is farther southwest and has limited domestic services.
