Monseñor Óscar Arnulfo Romero International Airport (SAL): The main international gateway for El Salvador. From SAL you can take a taxi or private shuttle directly to San Vicente (journey ~1-1.5 hours depending on traffic; private transfer ~USD 45-70). There is also an airport bus into San Salvador city centre (low-cost) from where you transfer to intercity buses to San Vicente.
