By Air

Del Bajío International Airport (BJX), Silao/León: The primary airport for Salamanca is Del Bajío (BJX) near Silao/León, roughly 40-60 km away. Ground transfers by shuttle bus or taxi take about 45-70 minutes; shared shuttle/bus fares into León or Salamanca are commonly MXN 50-200, while taxis to Salamanca cost more (typically MXN 500-900 depending on negotiation).
