How to Get to Sai Wan Ho
Sai Wan Ho on Hong Kong Island is best reached by the Island Line (Sai Wan Ho station) with plentiful bus and minibus feeder services. International travellers should use Hong Kong International Airport and then transfer by Airport Express and MTR or taxi.
Hong Kong International Airport (HKG): Fly into HKG, then take the Airport Express and MTR or a taxi to Sai Wan Ho on Hong Kong Island. Airport Express to Hong Kong Station and a subsequent MTR ride to Sai Wan Ho will take roughly 45-60+ minutes in total; taxis take about 30-50 minutes depending on traffic and cost around HK$300-HK$400.
Shenzhen airports via land crossing: Some travellers arrive via Shenzhen and cross the border; this requires allowance for immigration and onward surface travel times.
